Join us for an exciting day of sport, teamwork and school spirit at Simon van der Stel Primary School Sports Day 2026!

Our annual Sports Day brings learners, parents, teachers and the school community together for a fun-filled day of competitive sport and family entertainment.

Rugby

Rugby matches will take place across the following age groups:

• U9
• U11
• U13

Netball

Netball matches will be held for:

• U9
• U10
• U11
• U12
• U13

U7 & U8 Mini Netball

Our younger learners will take part in a friendly U7 & U8 Mini Netball game, giving our youngest stars an opportunity to enjoy the excitement of Sports Day.

Teachers vs Parents

The day will also feature a fun and friendly Teachers vs Parents challenge!

Teachers and parents will compete in:

• Netball
• Touch Rugby

The Teachers vs Parents event will take place from 08:00 – 08:20 and is a great way to kick off the day’s activities with some friendly competition.

Entry Fees

• R5 – Non-uniform and non-participating learners
• R10 – Adults
• R20 – Parking inside the motor gate
