Intermediate Phase

Grade 4

Grade 4 is a unique and supportive learning community. As learners adjust to formal assessments, a faster academic pace, and a wider range of subjects, we ensure that every child feels valued and supported. A safe and encouraging environment is created where confident learners can thrive, and quieter learners are gently encouraged to find their voice.

We focus on both academic excellence and personal growth. Although the year presents many new challenges, these are met with teamwork, encouragement from home, and a healthy sense of humour. Our aim is to help learners grow in confidence, resilience, and independence as they transition into the Intermediate Phase.

Grade 5

In Grade 5, we strive to cultivate curiosity and a genuine love of learning. Learners are encouraged to explore, ask questions, and develop skills that will support lifelong learning. Each child is supported and guided to always do their best, both academically and personally.

Through a strong partnership between learners, teachers, and parents, we create an environment where learners are motivated to reach their full potential. With dedication, encouragement, and teamwork, Grade 5 learners are inspired to reach for the stars.

Grade 6

In Grade 6, we place a strong emphasis on compassion, respect, and kindness. Learners are encouraged to support one another while developing confidence and responsibility. Creativity is celebrated through engaging writing and art projects that allow learners to express themselves and take pride in their work.

Across all activities, we promote a positive attitude towards learning and school life. The enthusiasm and positive energy of our learners create a welcoming classroom environment where children feel motivated, supported, and excited to learn.
